The Serbian Brewery Association hosted yesterday representatives of the media at the Radisson Blu Old Mill Hotel, where, along with stand up comedian Srđan Jovanović, it presented beer as a refreshing drink with a tradition of production in Serbia for three centuries.
“The aim of the Association is to create a viable and predictable economic climate for the growth and development of the brewing industry through continuous cooperation with the state and partners in order to realise their full potential and give even greater contribution to the development of the Serbian economy,” said Vladimir Novaković, Of the Association of breweries of Serbia. On the occasion of Rebeka Bozović, the executive manager of the Brewery Association of Serbia, said: “A special focus of our activities this year is the campaign on responsible consumption of beer, which will be launched on August 4th on the World Beer Day and will be implemented by the partners by the end of September.” In addition to the performances of the stand up comedian Srđan Jovanović, media representatives had the opportunity to taste beer-related food – from salted deacons to beer-based ice cream.
