Marbo Product, which has been operating as part of the multinational PepsiCo since 2008, has been named the Best Employer in Serbia by the Top Employers Institute in the Netherlands for the 4th time in a row. For the first time, the company was recognized by Top Employer as a certified company in the Bosnia and Herzegovina market and is the only company in this market that has this prestigious award.

The process of obtaining the Top Employers Certificate includes a rigorous and transparent system of research, a number of procedures, starting from participating in the Survey of more than 600 best HR practices.
