American Ambassador to Serbia H. E. Kyle Scott was the guest of the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, marking 81 years since its founding.
Ambassador Scott gave a lecture on economic relations between Serbia and the USA to students of economics and said that at the moment there are 100 US companies that have invested $4b and employ 18,000 people. Scott said that in the membership of the AmCham, which, in addition to American companies, gathers companies from other countries, about 200 companies employ 100,0000 workers in Serbia and pay 75% of all taxes in our country.
