Today in Sremska Mitrovica, in the presence of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, a new plant of labor “Srb Srb”, which is transformed from sawmill of oak logs into the production plant for finished wooden products, has been opened.
“Labor Srb”, a Serbian company with an Italian share, is expanding and ready to become the starting point for the market of finished wooden floors in the Western Balkans.
It was founded in 2015 on the basis of 30 years of experience in the wood processing sector and the production of parquets Patricia Dei Tosa, founder of Istlasa and Labora Legnoa – Italian companies with the official headquarters in Kordinjan, Veneto region, with a total of 70 employees and annual turnover from 40 million euros.
“Labor Srb” has developed its activity on the surface of 24,000 square meters for the first processing of oak logs coming from local forests, and they have FSC certification, and which have so far been transported as timber to Italian companies for the production of wooden floors, Itlas “and” Labor Lengo “.
Now, “Srb Srb” will produce a directly finished product, and high-quality raw materials and Italian design will join in the production of prestigious parquet that is intended for export to the whole world.
“Labor srb” today covers a total area of 56,000 square meters, has 43 employees, and in 2015 there were four.
The composition of the company will, as announced by the company, by the end of the year to increase for another 20 employees.
