For the eight consecutive time, the Serbian Associations of Managers (SAM) will award the best, while the award ceremony is scheduled for 11th December when the traditional event SAM GALA 2019 will take place.
As persons with tremendous accomplishments and integrity who have been recognized both inside and outside their respective companies, the following executives are competing for the award in the SAM Manager of the Year category – Dragan Filipović, Chairman of the Executive Board and Managing Director of Generali Osiguranje Serbia, Dragan Popović, President of AIGO, Mihailo Janković, CEO of Nectar Group and Tamara Jokanović, CEO of Represent Communications.
The nominees for the Young Manager of the Year award are – Aleksandar Vučić, President of CarGo, Aljoša Aleksić, Executive Director of GALENS, Bojan Munjiza, Sales Manager at the Transfera Company, Dragana Milanović, Owner and Director of Roberto Baressi, Kruna Gavović, Co-Owner and Director of The Lean Six Sigma Company CEE and Managing Director/Marketing Director of the TMS Academy, and Miloš Milisavljević, CEO of Strawberry Energy.
The finalists in the Employer of the Year category are – Atlantic Group, Delta Holding, Generali Osiguranje Serbia, Marbo Product, Microsoft and TeleGroup.
Socially responsible business is a very important category that deserves its own special category. The companies that are in the running for the Socially Responsible Company of the Year award are Car:Go Technologies, Courtyard by Marriott Belgrade City Center, Delta Holding, Mastercard and SBB.
In addition to the above-mentioned categories, awards will also be given to promote youth leadership and an individual heroic act, and there will be a special jury award.
The jury for the 2019 Serbian Association of Managers Annual Awards consists of: Stanka Pejanović, SAM President, Olga Svoboda, team leader of the Annual Award Working Group, Dejan Turk, Vip mobile & A1 Slovenia and the winner of the last year’s Manager of the Year award, Nebojša Matić, Microelectronics and the last year’s winner of the Employer of the Year Award, Miloš Perović, SAMPLE Young Managers Representative, Dejan Randjić, DNA Communications & ICT Hub and the winner of the last year’s Contribution to Creating a Leader for the Future Award, Radojka Nikolić, Nira Press and SAM Board Member, Nebojša Mandić, DHL Global Forwarding and SAM Member and Biljana Dakić Djordjević, Foundation Trail a non-SAM member.
