Renewal or buying of insurance and reporting claims via email for all citizens and companies
Adapting its processes and work methodology to the newly developed situation and conditions of the state of emergency caused by the COVID-19 virus, primarily caring about the health of its employees and clients, DDOR insurance enabled clients and other citizens to conclude policies, claim reporting, and schedule damage assessment without visiting the business premises of the company. Procedures have been simplified and adapted to the situation, so that there is no need for clients to leave their homes. All clients and other citizens can use toll free Customer centre, as well, and all the current information relevant for clients are published daily in a special section on the company’s website.
For claim reporting
Retail clients who want to send report the claim can use Customer centre and a toll free number 0800 303 301 and can initiate the claim reporting process. In order to minimize contacts and necessity to stay outside their homes, it is possible to use a special option of scheduling damage assessment on motor vehicles in the most suitable time for the client.
For legal entities, it is possible to report a claim to the email address [email protected] and to submit the entire documentation electronically.

For renewal and insurance purchase
It is recommended to clients who wish to renew their insurance policies to contact their sales agents and agree with them the dynamics of contracting, while also using the possibility of purchasing insurance policies without visiting the branch office and making direct contacts during the purchase. Moreover, they can use Contact centre if they need assistance with purchasing or contacting their sales agent.
