That is why Delta decided that this hotel, along with Belexpocentar should be incorporated into its business system” said Živorad Vasić, Vice President of Delta Holding, at a cocktail party on the occasion of the acquisition of this Belgrade hotel.
“In the next two years we will invest more than 2.5 million euros in the renovation. The hotel will receive a new lobby. BelExpoCentar, which has 2,500 m2, will be completely rearranged so that it can be a host of various possible events. In the previous period, the lease was expensive, because the clients got bare walls. We organise the new sales concept. We hope that soon we will start implementation of two important projects in Belgrade, because there are indications that we will get permission to build InterContinental hotel in New Belgrade and a Delta Planet Shopping mall at Autokomanda.”
