A time capsule was laid in the foundations of the future RIVA shopping park in Velika Plana, owned by the local company Donić, on Tuesday, April 2. The capsule, in which copies of daily newspapers and slips with messages written by those gathered at the ceremony, were placed by members of the Donić family together with friends and project partners.
The RIVA shopping center will be located in the very center of Velika Plana, on an area of 11,280 m². With a total gross area of 6,019.93 m2, and 5,600 m2 for tenants, it will have over 17 stores, 100 parking spaces and a children’s playground.
“The location is excellently connected to Belgrade and Niš, considering that it is less than a kilometer away from joining the E-75 highway, which is the most important traffic route through Serbia.
