The Provincial Government and NALED signed an agreement on cooperation in creating a favourable environment for business and investment in Vojvodina. The agreement was signed by the provincial PM Igor Mirović and Chairman of the Board of NALED Goran Kovačević, in the presence of Minister of State Administration and Local Self-Government Ana Brnabić.
– Agreement on cooperation is a great opportunity because the municipalities that have cooperated with NALED had concrete benefits in the form of simplifying administrative procedures and faster economic development – said Mr Mirović. – Certification of municipalities with favourable business environment in Southeast Europe (BFC SEE) promotes the establishment of partnership relations between businesses and local governments, and aims to get a clear message to investors that the municipality which is certified is safe to invest and will continuously improve the administration and the business environment – said Mr Kovačević. Ana Brnabić expressed hope that the agreement would bring a lot of concrete results in the development of cities and municipalities, which is a priority of the Government of Serbia.
