1. How did you organize your business activities and communication with your business partners and clients?
In order to protect the health of our employees, TeleGroup takes all necessary measures in all our territories in which we operate to prevent the spread of viruses and minimize disruption to our work. The Crisis Staff of the TeleGroup System has been formed, which continuously monitors the development of the situation, ensures concrete implementation of state bodies decisions and measures through concrete actions, and is always available for advice and instructions on how to deal with such circumstances. In all our business premises, we constantly ensure that disinfectants are available. In order to protect the health of our employees, temporary remote work is enabled. We are actively working on redefining priorities in our work, but also motivating and empowering our employees through active communication and affirmative content.
We have organized on-call duties, and our engineering, IT operations, financial and administrative department are at customers disposal for any support they might need and to ensure business continuity.
Thanks to our strong partner network, we have made it possible for our users in the domain of public companies, healthcare institutions, financial and private sector to use the tools for online business communication and the organization of video meetings for free. These tools allow users the flexibility to effectively oganize meetings with individuals or teams of people from any smart device, ensuring business continuity this way. We are especially pleased that by using online platform our Digital Transformation Academy has continued, dedicated to the best students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
2. How important is it for companies to stand in solidarity and be of help in these extraordinary circumstances?
At the same time, by joining an action launched by the international organization UNICEF, TeleGroup donated funds for purchasing two respirators for healthcare facilities in Serbia. The goal of this action is to support our health care system in combating the Covid-19 virus pandemic in order to provide the most vulnerable patients with the necessary medical care.
We are very proud on our emplyees and TeleGroup volunteers who joined the City of Belgrade’s action in transporting and distributing essential life packages for senior citizens living in Belgrade.
TeleGroup will continue to support the Serbian health system and the wider community through similar actions.
