Association “I love France” the promoting Wellnes and Spa Tourism of Serbia

In the period from the 25.06 to the 29.06.2020., the association “I love France” successfully realized the first project of international importance during the epidemic with the Covid 19 virus, in the field of tourism, which launched an aggressive campaign to strengthen the Serbian tourist market

Sladjana Novaković, president of The association “I love France” as the main initiator of the new international tourist cooperation between our two countries, says that in 2019 the topic of the European Commission of Outstanding Destinations in Europe was Wellness and Spa Tourism. So, in this regard, the association came to the idea to organize a study trip for French journalists in 2020, who will get acquainted with the best spas in Serbia.


By promoting the Spa and Wellness destinations of Serbia to the French tourist market, we will promote Serbia on the French market in the most efficient way

That’s why the Association I love France organized a visit of five French most eminent tourist spa and wellness media to Serbia, led by the French production company GLM Communication. During their stay in Serbia, they got acquainted with the sights and potentials of Vrnjačka Banja, Bukovička Banja and Prolom Banja wellness facilities
By promoting the Spa and Wellness destinations of Serbia to the French tourist market, we will promote Serbia on the French market in the most efficient way (by writing about Serbian tourist destinations in the most widely read print media).
This goal is directly related to the goals of the Tourism Development Strategy of Serbia 2016-2025.
The project was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Serbia, the Tourist Organization of Vrnjačka Banja, the exclusive project partner, the hotel “Fontana” from Vrnjačka Banja, hotel “Izvor” in Arandjelovac, the hotel “Mona” in Belgrade and the hotel “Radan” in Prolom Banja.

 

After the project had been completed, Vrnjačka Banja continues with activities aimed at international recognition of that destination. The Association “I love France” was engaged in new project activities in cooperation with the local self-government of Vrnjačka Banja and the Fontana Hotel.
The project will promote Vrnjačka Banja on the French Spa market. As a matter of fact, this will open and boost Serbian and French professional cooperation in terms of Economy, Tourism and Culture.
