This year, we are bringing the President of Baldwin Global Risk Services, Alexander Larsen, to Belgrade. Alexander will be fuelling the debate with his workshop “Latest risk management trends in 2021″. He is the Chair of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) Energy Special Interest Group and has won an award ” Risk Manager of the Year MENA 2017 ” among other things as being recognised by any professional body in his field as an established authority who has built a strong following within the global risk management community. His vast experience in all aspects of risk management is reflected in his creativity and outside of the box thinking in devising unique, creative recommendations and solutions for clients.
Daniela Landherr, the Head of Talent Engagement and Outreach strategies at Google in EMEA will join Alexander at BBForum 2021. Daniela has 20+ years of experience in leadership, corporate culture, executive client management and People Operations. Outside of the corporate multinational tech environment, Daniela holds several board seats and is a lecturer at the HWZ University in Switzerland teaching inclusive leadership, talent engagement, digital HR strategies and how work culture drives innovation. Coupled with her executive education from Stanford and INSEAD, Daniela inspires, empowers and enables leaders to unlock potential in themselves and in their people to drive cultural and organizational change.
Dr Isaac Sheps, Chairman of the Central Committee for MSS, Standards Institution of Israel, will give a lecture on Leadership from Theory to Practice. Dr Isaac Sheps is an expert on quality standards and was responsible for preparing ISO 9001 and ISO 9004 standards. Senior Executive Advisor to Carlsberg Group’s CEO. Honoured with the Royal Medal of Honour of the Kingdom of Demark for considerable efforts in promoting Danish products abroad. Co-author of the book – The Journey: Achieving Sustained Organisational Success, a practical guide published by ASQ Quality Press (American Society for Quality). Dr Sheps will join us as a friend of BBForum.
