Banca Intesa has further improved its offer for housing loans indexed in euros, which is now approved with an even lower interest rate and first introduced loans in euros with a fixed monthly installment throughout the period of repayment up to 20 year to the market for purchase of the real estates.
Housing loans insured with the National Corporation for Housing Loan Insurance are now available with interest rate from 2.59 per cent per annum and a repayment period of 15 years, which is the best offer on the market when it comes to euro-indexed loans to purchase real estate with maturity of 180 months. „We want to give our citizens an opportunity to solve the housing problem since it is one of the crucial questions for them. We are sure are offering the best possible loans and that it will stenghten our position on the market“ said Darko Popović, Member of the Executive Board and Head of Division of the Retail and Small Business of Banca Intesa.
