At the prestigious European competition European Business Awards held on 17th June 2016 in Milan, where 32, 000 companies from all over Europe participated in 11 categories, private health care system BEL MEDIC won in the category “The relationship with the client.” Millions of companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Munich Airport, Reuters, the Belgian public transport and many others were fighting for the award in the same category.
European Business Awards promotes and rewards the exceptional achievements and successes among members of the business community since 2007. The winners of this year’s awards were from different areas of business originating from 33 countries where the Serbian private company BEL MEDIC won the most votes of the jury and the public across Europe.
Bel Medic is the first private health institution in Serbia with 21 years of business and it has laid the foundations of the modern concept of treatment which is supported by over 200,000 satisfied customers. This European prize is a confirmation of long-term good business practice and medical ethics, which the founder and director Dr. Jasmina Knežević managed all these years. The resulting award represents a great honour both for Bel Medic and for our country because this is the first time that anyone from our region achieves such significant success in the European Business Awards.
