As a central place for meetings, socializing and experiencing the most important moments in life, Boka Place will lead in the number of retail facilities, gastronomic and shopping areas, public areas and spaces for family and friends thus becoming a dynamic new centre of Porto Montenegro. The urban character of Boka Place will combine the proximity of the coastline and the exclusive marina for superyachts. The focus will also be on the harmony of mind and body thanks to the complex’s fitness and wellness facilities. The top-notch hotel SIRO, which represents an innovative catering vision, founded by the world-renowned Kerzner International (founders of brands such as One & Only and Atlantis), will dominate the complex and provide it with an abundance of available infrastructure facilities.
“Under the auspices of the ICD – Dubai Investment Development Corporation – the construction of Boka Place officially began in November 2020, and despite all the challenges of the previous year caused by the coronavirus, we are proud that we have achieved the planned progress in construction works which we will, according to the planned dynamics, complete in 2023,” said Porto Montenegro’s Managing Director, David Margason and added: “In addition to the arrival of the revolutionary SIRO hotel concept by Kerzner International, which will have 96 hotel rooms, a rooftop pool, a high-performance fitness studio and a holistic recovery and wellness centre, Boka Place will become home to 45 new retailers – from numerous shops of famous fashion brands to catering facilities – which is something that future tenants have expressed great interest in.”

The construction of the complex is in progress, with the planned completion date in 2023 when one of the most exciting projects realized so far within Porto Montenegro will come to life. “Despite the challenges from the beginning of this year, caused by heavy rains, the excavation of the two-storey basement level has now been completed, and the basement structure has significantly improved. The cranes have been put in place and soon rough construction work on the first buildings will be visible. A dedicated team of over 150 professionals have been constantly working in the field,” said Project Director of Boka Place, David Leverett.
In addition to all of the above, the new complex offers a selection of available apartments, from studios to penthouses, with an attractive price range and a convenient payment plan, starting from EUR 190,000. In addition to hotel units, there are 69 private residences available, featuring timeless, sophisticated design with numerous contemporary elements and rental options through the M-Residences property management programme. While the living spaces can be decorated with works of art by Bradley Theodore and Miljan Suknović, the owners of private residences will also have access to the rooftop pool, green areas and botanical gardens and orchards. With an initial downpayment of only 25% when signing the main contract, and payment in instalments as per construction phases, do not miss out on this investment opportunity.
By the way, the international community in Porto Montenegro has over 40 nationalities, and in addition to the growing popularity of Boka Place, which is under construction, over 80% of all units built so far in marina resorts have already been sold, which testifies to the popularity and profitability of an investment in one of the most sophisticated coastal locations.
