Employees of Color Press Group, following a 23-year-long tradition, visit homes for children, the elderly and the homeless in the City of Novi Sad in December
“As in previous years, we visited our friends, children, the elderly and the homeless and presented them with gifts from companies that joined us in this campaign: “MK Group” (the “Carnex” company); Matica Srpska Gallery of children’s books and picture books; Color Press Group various magazines from its production… As is tradition, we also brought cakes made by housewives-humanitarians who have been participating in these campaigns for more than two decades! For the first time, we took savory pies to the Children’s Village and hung out with the little ones in April 2001, and we have been there every year since then!” said Robert Čoban, President of Color Press Group.
The action includes 10 homes for children, the elderly and the homeless, as well as centers dealing with inclusion and social policy:
– Day care for children with autism within the “Dr Milan Petrović” Elementary School, currently located on Tatarsko Brdo
– Center for the Production of Knowledge and Skills in Novo Naselje, which specifically deals with preschool education of Roma children
– Shelter for the homeless in Futog
– Home for children and youth with developmental disabilities, Veternik
– Home for the elderly “Liman”
– Children’s Village, Sremska Kamenica
– NURDOR Parental House, Kostić Family Foundation, Petrovaradin
– Novi Sad Humanitarian Center
– Center for Social Work
– Shelter for homeless children
According to tradition, a Christmas lunch will be organized for the residents of the Shelter for the Homeless (adults) on January 8th in cooperation with the restaurant “Lazin Salaš”.
