In 2023, Delta Holding achieved revenues of 860 million euros, 12% more than the previous year, and EBITDA (operating profit before taxes) is 88 million euros (an increase of 18%). In 2024, Delta Holding aims for 1,065 million euros in revenue and an EBITDA of 110 million
“We are very pleased to share with you another record-breaking success in the Sava Centre, which is the crown of a very successful year behind us,” said Milka Vojvodić, CEO and senior vice president for economics and finance of Delta Holding at the annual press conference. “The key to our success is a motivated team, knowledge and investments as a significant driver of future strong development and sustainability. In 2023, we invested more than 140 million euros, while by 2027 we are planning over 900 million euros.
In the Sava Centre, which has been renovated, they emphasize the importance of the team, knowledge, and investment. The emphasis is on the Real Estate segment with an investment of 800 million euros in three years, including projects in Belgrade and Novi Sad. Also, the Delta Iron business complex in Novi Sad, as well as the start of investment in the Delta District, which combines business space and luxury housing in the heart of the business centre of New Belgrade, in Block 20. As part of the Delta District concept, a new hotel of the highest category will be opened in 2026, InterContinental to enrich the hotel offer before Expo 2027.
“Ananas e-commerce is still in development, but it records fantastic results in the second year of operation,” said Marija Desivojević Cvetković, senior vice president for strategy and development of Delta Holding. “For many retailers, Ananas has become the number one sales channel. In 2024, the goal for Ananas is expansion – after North Macedonia, we are opening the markets of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.” She also presented the results of the strategic project of investing in solar power plants at 15 locations.
Delta Holding was founded in 1991 in Belgrade and currently employs almost 4,000 people at several locations in Serbia and the region. The company realizes its business through six organisational units: Delta Real Estate, Delta Agrar, Delta Auto, Delta DMD, Delta Hotels and Ananas.
