With the sound of a wind orchestra, the Delta Planet Mall in Varna, the second largest center of its kind in Bulgaria, has been officially opened. “Delta does not come to Bulgaria for the first time, investing more than 10 years in the retail chain Piccadilly. Now, with the opening of the shopping mall Delta Planet, we have the confirmation that Bulgaria is open to investments and that Serbian companies are welcome to your country, “said Zorana Burlic, director of Delta Real Estate.
A rich program is organized for all visitors. An attractive flash mob with 100 participants, the performance of various bands and famous youtubers are just some of the attractions that visitors enjoyed.
This investment of Delta Real Estate and partner company AP Investment is worth 120 million euros and it extends to 110,000 square meters, of which 40,000 square meters are for rent. This shopping mall is based on a new “retailtainment” concept that combines shopping experience and entertainment. Thus, this facility has large interactive entertainment zones for as much as 4000m2. For the first time, the brands Pinko, Desigual, Ralph Lauren, Marco Polo, Cropp, Sinsay, Mango, Sport Depot, Sport Vision, Bill, Cinema City and many others come to Varna. International brands Reserved and Mohito will open their latest concept of major operations right in this shopping mall.
Delta Planet Mall is located at Boulevard Slivnica 185, has four levels, two of which are on the ground level because of the natural inclination of the terrain. There are an additional three underground floors for parking with 1300 parking spaces.
Delta Holding opened a Delta Planet a week ago in Banja Luka, the first shopping mall in the city.
