The Embassy of Malaysia participated in the 41st Belgrade International Tourism Fair, the biggest event of its kind in the region that featured 650 tourism organisations, tour operators and agents from 38 countries from all over the world and attracted more than 60,000 visitors. The event provided a good avenue for the promotion of Malaysia and its unique diverse tourism offers to the visitors.
The Embassy’s participation in the tourism fair was in collaboration with the Kon Tiki Travel agency, one of the biggest travel agencies in Serbia, as part of the promotion of its exclusive Malaysia tourism packages offering visits to Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and Penang.
Visitors to the fair also had the opportunity to learn more about Malaysia and its unique culture by visiting the Embassy’s info booth, experienced live Malaysian dance performances by the Embassy’s cultural troupe and sampled some of the popular traditional Malaysian desserts.
The Embassy of Malaysia in Belgrade wishes to extend its appreciation to the Kon Tiki Travel agency for the excellent cooperation in the promotion of Malaysia and its tourism during the event.
