The first Hakaton, which UniCredit is conducting in Central and Eastern Europe in cooperation with ABC Accelerator, is held in Ljubljana on September 2 and 3, 2017.
During the two-day competition, developers, representatives of Fintech Start-ups and software companies, will unite forces with UniCredit employees to develop ideas that can create value for clients and the bank, in the context of the new PSD2 regulations (The Revised Payment Services Directive). Accordingly, the task of Hakaton will be: “How to create value using the information about client accounts?” Winning teams will, besides the prize money, also get the opportunity to present their projects to the highest management of the Division for Business in Central and Eastern Europe on September 7 UniCredit Groups, as well as to participate in the implementation of their solutions.
