The press conference presented the third edition of Flavours of France/Goût De France. It is represented by 17 restaurants, 14 in Belgrade and 3 from Novi Sad, who participated in this traditional spring meeting of lovers of French gastronomy in the world that brings together more than 2,000 restaurants and chefs on all five continents.
French menus, approved by a special jury of the world’s greatest chefs will be served to you on 21 March 2017 in Belgrade restaurants Casa Nova, Enso, Franche, Homa, Hotel Moskva, Kalemegdan terrace, Writers Club, Madera, Na ćošku, Oxalis, Abortion Play, The Square, Voulez-vous and Žabar and in Novi Sad at Kafemat 021, Scarpetta and Zak. The press conference was followed by a tasting of samples specified menu of French restaurants, as well as a tasting of French products that are available on the Serbian market, thanks to the efforts of producers and distributors Delice, Lactalis, Mlekoprodukt/Savencia and Petite cantine.
