STOP SHOP is located in the Uzun Mirkova Street, and has close to 6,100 square metres of space available for renting and approximately 170 parking spots.
STOP SHOP is IMMOFINANZ’s retail park brand in Central and Eastern Europe and the foundation of our market development. STOP SHOP Valjevo is the 58th such location in seven countries and it offers quality shopping for families in a pleasant environment.
The park’s location is easy to reach both by car and public transportation, and it has been estimated that approximately 175,000 people from the Kolubarski County will visit the park. The leasees here are both national and international brands like N Sport, Legend WW, LC Waikiki, DM – Drogerie Markt, Takko Fashion, Deichmann, Planeta Sport, Sport Vision, Woby Haus, Feedback, PWL Fashion Company, PS Fashion Design, Galaxy Code, Pertini Toys, Shoestar, Trefolino, Planika, Domino, and Top Shop. The first STOP SHOP retail park was opened in Čačak in April 2015, and the second in Niš in April 2016. Together with STOP SHOP Valjevo, IMMOFINANZ’s portfolio currently covers 58 locations in seven countries (Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, and Serbia).
