Indonesian Culinary Week, organised by the Embassy of Indonesia and H E Harry Candou, was opened on Friday night, 27th May in the Belgrade restaurant Credo, Cortyard Belgrade City Centre.
The week will be marked by the recipes from this Asian country with the rich culinary tradition and a tasty cuisine. Celebrating the culinary diversity of Indonesia, Indonesian Executive Chef Suyitno Sunaryo and Assistant Chef Ridwan Maulana from JW Marriott Hotel in Jakarta prepared a magical blend of Javanese, Manado, Balinese and Sumatra cuisine from Nasi Goreng Jawa, Ikan Bakar Dabu Dabu, Bebek Betutu, Rendang and many more authentic cuisines.
