JYSK, a company known for its strong commitment to employee welfare, has decided to invest an additional 68,382,169 dinars annually to raise the salaries of its store employees in Serbia
This investment represents an average salary increase of 15 percent, marking another step in a series of concrete measures through which JYSK confirms its status as one of the most desirable employers – both in Serbia and globally.
A few months ago, this company was ranked among the best global companies by TIME magazine and appeared once again on the prestigious Forbes list of the best employers.
This decision comes as a continuation of JYSK’s long-term strategy of investing in its people and fostering a secure and positive work environment. In previous years, the company has proven itself a leader in the retail sector regarding employee care – from wellbeing programs and investments in development and education programs to bonuses totaling 75,000,000 dinars.
“At JYSK, we believe that our employees are the foundation of our success. This investment represents another step towards creating a work environment where effort, dedication, and results are truly recognized and rewarded,” said Vesna Kukić Lončarić, Country Director for JYSK Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia.
The salary increase announced today will apply to all store employees and is part of the company’s broader strategy to ensure its staff a stable, motivating, and transparent work environment.
In a time when challenges in the labor market are growing, JYSK again distinguishes itself as an employer that not only retains quality staff but also fosters a community of satisfied and loyal employees, eager to grow alongside the company.
