Communication with clients is more intense than ever, their needs are different, and the agency has an opportunity to compile in one place various information, experience and contacts that could be useful for everyone
“The focus is on CSR and donation. We listen carefully to the needs and motivate our clients to engage in different calls. A large number of them were quick to respond and offered assistance,” said Maja Stojanović, Executive Director, Olaf&McAteer for our online edition.
How did you organize regular business activities? How are you communicating with clients, consumers, suppliers and others?
A couple of years ago we introduced work from home, so our teams are used to “remote work” and this works really well for us; among sectors, but also with clients and other associates. In these new circumstances, we can agree that this is a great advantage.
Communication with clients is more intense than ever, their needs are different, and the agency has an opportunity to compile in one place various information, experience and contacts that could be useful for everyone.
We regularly send our clients relevant information for their sector, but also recommendations for internal and external communication. We have adapted the existing communication plans to the new circumstances and we are trying to find new opportunities for companies and brands.
The focus is on CSR and donation. We listen carefully to the needs and motivate our clients to engage in different calls. A large number of them were quick to respond and offered assistance, and among the first were JTI Company in cooperation with the Serbian Philanthropy Forum, Avon Company and many others.
In addition, we are engaged in creating digital content that adds to our everyday lives at home, the so-called DIY (do it yourself) tips and suggestions… so there are online sales campaigns, intense communication with online community and influencers…
Also, we are trying to find adequate speakers for our media colleagues on various current topics, and continue our cooperation in these extraordinary circumstances.
How are you spending your private time during the pandemic?
Probably like everyone else! I follow the news, collect friends’ recommendations for books and films, and above all, I’d like to compliment the theatres and museums for their initiative which gave us an opportunity to enjoy great cultural content in times like this. For us “culture addicts”, that’s a great thing!
What will you do first after the state of emergency is cancelled?
We have to continue the tradition, and this is joint breakfast with Olaf colleagues! And I hope we’ll all gather soon!!
