By accepting the key principles of the functioning of the Austrian and German chamber systems, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) is growing into a powerful agent of economic interests anda leader of economic diplomacy, as well as becoming a unique address to represent the special interests of small and medium-sized enterprises, from their everyday needs in doing business to strong export support.
The expert assistance received by the SCCI from Austrian and German partners encompasses all aspects of the functioning of the chamber, with the final outcome intended to be the creation of a strong association of businesses and entrepreneurs operating in Serbia. The success of the economy and the Chamber, but also economic policy, will be clearly measurableon the basis of key economic indicators, economic growth and the expansion of exports, says Marko Čadež, President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in this interview for D&C.
