Nemanja Kostić, director of Karisma Hotels & Resorts, as a participant in the “Summer 2023” conference panel, pointed out that hoteliers managed to respond to the requests of their hotel guests.
“We managed to respond to the demands of our guests, our consumers, and we manage to do that with flexible prices, dynamic prices, which is why it’s going in a good direction,” said Kostić. He points out that the wellness tourism market is growing. “On the other hand, we have seen that the wellness tourism market is growing. It represents some 750 billion in the world today, with some perspective of growth up to 1.3 trillion by 2025. A huge market that will surely be the focus of all hoteliers in the coming period , with all the big brands,” he added.
Nemanja Kostić: We managed to respond to the demands of our guests with flexible prices. He believes that in the coming period, more attention will be paid to energy consumption in the industry. “I think that the focus in the future will be on optimizing energy consumption. That’s what they say, from the perspective of hoteliers. It’s a trend of the last 30 years, we all try to have as many eco certificates as possible in our companies, to be eco friendly, to take care of energy consumption, but also with these events, unfortunately, in Ukraine, where energy prices have risen significantly, I think we will have to make an effort to use that energy properly and to work on some renewable sources,” he said.
