The General Assembly of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) presented the results of work in 2017, and the majority of the new Steering Committee was elected by the vote of the member companies.
AmCham traditionally awarded the annual AmCham Hero Award to young Dr. Kosta Jovanović, one of the best students at the ETF, where he works today. The former First Vice President Jelena Pavlović, PMI General Manager, was elected President of the AmCham Board of Directors. In the new composition, the first vice-president will be Branislav Savić, director of the Ball Packaging Europe Belgrade factory, while Quentin Royer, the general manager of Delhaize Serbia, was elected the second vice-president of the Managing Board. Representatives of member companies also selected four new members of the Board of Directors, among which are Nicolaas Houwert, General Manager of Hotel Hilton, Vladimir Čupić, Head of Representative Office for Atlantic Grupa, Branko Mitrović, Telenor Corporate Telecommunications Executive Director, Marko Jović, Team Manager for regulatory, legal and institutional affairs, Vip mobile. Member of the Management Board Dragan Lupsic, Director of Public Relations and Communications of Coca-Cola Hellenic Company, as well as Secretary Treasurer Igor Lončarević, Executive Director of KPMG, remain in office.
