PepsiCo Serbia has launched a development programme called PepsiCo Start (The Future), with the aim of recruiting and training talented graduates. The aim of the programme is a selection of the best candidates who have graduated and who will, after a one-year paid internship, have the opportunity to work in this company.
Work experience is not required and the trainees will be participating within the the marketing and finance departments at the company’s headquarters in Belgrade, and in production in Maglić. “Through the one-year training we offer selected candidates the opportunity to launch their careers and to gain their first professional experience in one of the world’s most successful companies.
