This year’s award for the top employer confirms the commitment to constant improvement of working environment by developing and applying high-quality practices in the area of human resources, with employee satisfaction confirming its value.

The Netherlands-based international Top Employer Institute, which issues this certificate, was established 30 years ago and it has certified the best practices of companies from all five continents so far.
