Under the patronage of the Embassy of Greece in Belgrade, the Hellenic Economic Association of Serbia, in cooperation with the University of Belgrade, organizes a three-month practice for students in member companies of the Association.
This independent initiative is organized for the fifth year in a row, with the aim of professional training of students, their connection with the labor market and networking in the Greek business in Serbia, as well as the promotion of companies-members of the Hellenic Economic Association of Serbia.
The program titled “The Greek Initiative to Work Experience” is aimed at students of the final years of elementary and postgraduate studies at the University of Belgrade, who want to gain first work experience and thus improve their chances in the labor market. Through the program, 80 students have passed through the program, which evaluated the quality of the practice in the evaluations with high marks, and the best in the practice they received the job.
This year, Alumil YU Industry, EKO Serbia, Eurobank, and LG Hemija are participating in the program, offering a total of 19 positions for students from the Economic, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Transport, Technological and Metallurgical, Agricultural , Chemistry, Faculty of Physical Chemistry, Geographical, Philosophical (Psychology) and Law Faculty.
Student registration process
Students can apply for one or more positions and post their CV directly to the Internet portal of the University of Belgrade www.studentskapraksa.com.
Each participating company will monitor students’ applications and independently perform the selection process by accessing the database of the portal.
The three-month practice will last from March 25 to June 25, and the deadline for student applications is March 17.
Students will be awarded a Certificate of completed practice at a ceremony to be held after the completion of the program.
