Société Générale Bank in partnership with Imel Group, has built a new office building in which it has invested 14 million euros. The new office building, with a capacity of 420 jobs, was built near the Administration building of Société Générale Bank in Belgrade, Bulevaru Zorana Đinđića 48v and covers an area of over 10,000 sqm.
Through partnership with Imel group, the bank owns about 70% of the constructed building. “We are confident that the new building will be another meeting point that will be used in years to come to develop many ideas and partnerships and implemented a number of plans” said Maria Rousseva, CEO. Modern multi-storey class A building, in addition to office space has a training centre that can accommodate 150 people. Within it there is a mini power plant to produce electricity, parking solar chargers for electric vehicles as well as special recovery system of rainwater, which is used for technical needs of the building instead of drinking water.
