The biggest online store in Serbia, TakoLako Shop, which operates within Nelt Group, has officially acquired e-Trustmark mark of confidence, which indicates that this site can be trusted when it comes to online purchasing and delivery of goods.
e-Trustmark code recognises the dedication and commitment of the Nelt Group and TakoLako Shop invested to achieve high standards of ethical behaviour in communicating with consumers and it is the result of a rigorous process of evaluation of operations by the relevant experts in the field of electronic commerce. This label, awarded by the project “Development of e-business” and funded by the European Union, is used by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia.
