Ambassador of Mexico Marko Antonio Garsija Blanko honored art artist Leposava Milosevic Sibinovic with the Mexican Order of the Aesthetic Eagle for merits in connecting cultures and artists of the two countries.
Our painter and sculptor Leposava Milosevic Sibinovic has been promoting the culture of Mexico for 40 years through her works at numerous exhibitions in Serbia and Mexico, said in the explanation for the awarding of high recognition.
Throughout the texts of this Latin American country, until now, the Mexican culture has been presented through as many as fifty projects.
With this, the art artist contributed to the stronger connections of the two countries, and not only cultural, was said at the ceremony.
Leposava Milosevic Sibinović thanked for her high recognition and pointed out that her colleagues were rarely so highly valued, and that she was honored and pleased to discover and present the world to such a great and magnificent culture as the Mexican.
In addition to the professional contribution, this recognition also goes hand in hand with human qualities – a sense of simplicity and generosity.
