Novosadski Oktoberfest 2024 will be held this year on the 4th and 5th of October. In a true Bavarian atmosphere, it will be held in a large beer tent in front of the Promenada Shopping Centre in Novi Sad.
The festival’s official opening will take place on Friday, October 4th, at 7:00 PM, in front of the Media Wall, next to the beer tent at the Promenada Shopping Centre in Novi Sad.
Milorad Radojević, a member of the City Council for the Economy of Novi Sad, Nenad Ivanišević, the Provincial Secretary for the Economy of AP Vojvodina, Hana Elten, a political advisor from the German Embassy, Boris Hengert Bulić, a representative of the German national community in Novi Sad, and Robert Čoban, the president of Color Press Group, will give the opening speeches. After the speeches, the speakers will ceremonially tap the beer keg, marking the beginning of “Novosadski Oktoberfest.”
You will be able to enjoy more than 100 types of beer, 20 types of sausages, Leberkäse, and pretzels, accompanied by some of the best musicians from the region. This year, performing on the stage of “Novosadski Oktoberfest” will be: “Savršeni marginalci,” “Pero Deformero,” “Orthodox Celts,” “BandX AC/DC Tribute,” “EKV Tribute,” “Zbogom Brus Li,” “Riders of the Doors,” “Red Hotel Chili Peppers Tribute,” and “Sputnik.” Also performing at the festival this year will be “Vinostranci,” a band that plays Russian rock hits.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Youth, the Department for the Economy of Novi Sad, the Secretariat for the Economy and Tourism of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, the Secretariat for Agriculture, Water Management, and Forestry of AP Vojvodina, and the German Embassy in Belgrade.
