The verdict confirms what was already known: Miroslav Mišković did not break the law

The Court of Appeals in Belgrade acquitting Miroslav Mišković of all charges confirmed what we have known and have been claiming for the past 10 years – that Delta Holding’s founder did not break the law in his work and did his job completely legally and in line with current regulations.

This verdict, undoubtedly, brought great satisfaction to the Chairman of Delta Holding, who is also the leading businessman in the region, as well as for all the company’s employees. It put an end once and for all to attempts to challenge an extensive business career that has lasted for almost half a century and to jeopardize the entire Mišković family and the business of a company that employs over 4,000 people.

Of course, the verdict cannot remove the bitter taste or the objective consequences of the almost decade-long campaign to which the leading domestic entrepreneur and Delta Holding, as one of the largest and most successful companies in the region, were exposed.

Unburdened by an unfair media campaign and indictment for serious crimes, Miroslav Mišković is fully committed to the strategic management of Delta Holding as the Chairman of the Managing Board.

With this statement, Miroslav Mišković, the Mišković family and Delta Holding put an end to the lawsuit that lasted from December 2012 to date. We ask the media and the general public to understand that there will be no further statements on this topic.
