Not only that globally recognized Viceroy brand select Kopaonik as a perfect destination for its first European hotel, but also significantly raised the culinary scene on the mountain with numerous restaurants and novelties in tastes and level of the offer, and as a cherry on the top, there is additional one – Peroko.

The new culinary hotspot puts the unexcelled specialities of the Asian cuisine on Kopaonik’s menu for the very first time, and it really justifies the title of a new must-visit place when on the Silver Mountain!
Even the hybrid name – Peroko, obtained by crossing the word pero – feather in Serbian and uroko – fish scale in Japanese, teases the eclectic combinations of culinary traditions belonging to different continents, and the contrasts between a warm and intimate atmosphere, and an open, powerful outdoor view of the endless beauty of mountain peaks. The fine dining concept, complemented with exquisite bites and signature drinks represents a cultural journey with Asian inspiration for all senses.
In addition to the standard menu, guests can choose an 8 course tasting menu with signature rolls mixes bringing the Volcano, the Dynamite, Dragon fire and much more at the table. Fresh fish delivery twice per week will ensure the most refreshing bites, created with a little bit of magic of cuisine chefs.
The act of extracting and serving the Peking duck, the absolute star of the Peroko menu, is even more sumptuous – it is served with Asian pancakes made on a property in the Viceroy kitchen, and hoisin sauce, and full enjoyment is provided by the personal filling of the place. Curated cocktails, based on traditional Japanese drinks – Sake and Niki, will be a perfect match for every selected speciality.
The restaurant’s menu reflects the excellence of Michelin awarded Chef Nenad Prokic, the head of the Peroko kitchen.
