A new and modern shopping centre, with over 43,000 square meters of sales space and a total area of 130,000 square meters, is going to be built on the corner of Vojislava Ilića and Mis Irbijeve streets.
It is an investment of MPC Properties, the largest investor in the region of Southeast Europe, which will invest more than 100 million euros in this facility. The new shopping centre, whose opening was planned at the beginning of 2020, will enrich its content with its construction in a location where there is an exceptional need for a modern shopping destination. Modern and urban design of the building is the idea of the famous international architectural bureau Chapman Taylor of Düsseldorf. The new shopping centre is another one in the series of investments of MPC Properties, which is also known in the market because it owns the largest shopping centre in the region, UŠĆE Shopping Centre. This investment will consolidate the expertise and rich experience the company has, but also to capture the latest global trends in the retail industry.
