Work on professional development of managers, exchange of knowledge and experience through mentoring program, linking managers, cooperation with the Government and its institutions, as well as promotion of best practices in order to improve the business environment and economic development, is part of the goals of the Serbian Association of Managers in 2017, which will be in focus this year, was concluded at the 11th regular annual Assembly.
The President of SAM, Stanka Pejanović, pointed out that today the Association has the largest number of members since the founding – 434, for which more than 60 events were realized with emphasis on continuous education and professional development of managers, promotion of the best business practices, responsible, ethical and sustainable business and efficient linking managers. Presenting the results of the SAM and the plan and program for 2018, she pointed out that the SAM’s priority remains the professional development of managers and the creation of a leader for the future, as well as the promotion of responsible business.
