“Yazaki” created 100 new jobs at the plant in Šabac. Until now it has employed more than 300 people and now it opened another 100 new jobs, which will be filled in May and June.
“In the next month and a half will employ another 100 people. The largest number of them are going to be in production, while the 24 places are provided for experts from different areas and for employees in the administration. All of our employees receive a contract for an indefinite period after a probation period of 6 months. Also, there will be great opportunities for advancement because the majority of the positions will be advertised first and filled internally. So far, 10 positions are filled in this manner, which means that some employees improved in only three months” said Miloš Davidović, director of human resources at the company Yazaki Serbia. Construction of the factory in Šabac began last year, and its total area will be 30,000 m2. The factory will produce electronic components for trucks, but for all employees it has provided training in Yazaki factories around the world.
